Client & Family Support

CPSWI at Ball Game

Support services are provided to children, adults, and their families who reside in the community. Services include but are not limited to community education and training, family training and education, behavioral interventions, medication review, transportation, counseling, life skills training and other supports. Support services enable an individual to continue living in a community environment, to remain an integral member of his or her family, and achieve social inclusion in the community. Read more...

Residential Services

CPSWI is committed to providing highly individualized living services that address the desires, goals, strengths, abilities, needs, health, and safety of persons receiving residential services. Services are provided to unique individuals with basic human needs, aspirations, desires, and feelings. The participant is provided a permanent home in the community or may remain in his/her existing home. Each individual is afforded personal space that provides privacy, security, and safety.
