Our Mission:
To positively affect the quality of life of persons with cerebral palsy or a similar neurological disability and their families.
In 1976 a group of concerned parents formed United Cerebral Palsy. Fifteen years later the board of directors voted to disband from the national organization and a new name, Cerebral Palsy of Southwestern Illinois, was selected.
